Williams Selyem Part II

This was one hell of a wine dinner. Not my wine collection – a friend of mine was working for a rather wealthy dotcom sort (one of the founders of DoubleClick, and, if I understood correctly, the guy who invented the type of internet “cookie” that gives advertisiers tracking info), who was doing a series of wine dinners, inviting local chefs to his home to cook. No idea in whose company of other chefs I was in the series, but it was fun! And I got to try all the wines, too.
